If, you plan to rent your new home we can help with taking bookings for you, arrange cleaning and linen services and a key holding service. It’s also reassuring to have someone on the ground, should any of your visitors have a problem, it’s always difficult in a foreign country, - we are here to help.

We can also help you arrange property insurance and security.

If your new home is a holiday home, then the day to day things will need to be attended to, the pool cleaned, the grass cut and boring things like paying the electric bill on time.

(Rates for this service will vary and depend on the size of the property, its location and your requirements. We can quote for this service, on an individual basis)

Maintainance and Renovation Work

Once your purchase is complete we can help with, organising any renovation work, or remodelling that may be required, including general building work, kitchens, bathrooms, interiors, gardens and swimming pools. We have contacts with a variety of local tradesmen and specialists where we can help you keep the prices down to  ‘local prices’!
